Everything was very good, the hotel is simple and clean with exceptional services. The location was magnificent there, close to bus stop. Besides, it was so close to the bus station and cable car station, the ski slopes and Flims at.

Two coach parties in, Wild West themed restaurant, we ate in the village. Everywhere within the hotel was shut up by 10.30 p.m., we had to re-enter the hotel via the underground car park.

The hotel was quiet and in a remote location really close to the city center as well as the two clubs in the wider area. All the staff members were incredibly nice.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ski lifts and offers a free ski bus service. This made it easy for us to get to the slopes without having to carry our ski equipment for long distances. The rooms were comfortable and provided a cozy atmosphere during our Christmas stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.
The noise insulation in the rooms was poor, as we could hear people talking in neighboring rooms and walking in the hallways. This affected our sleep and made it difficult to relax.

This hotel is a great value for money, providing basic amenities and clean rooms with a nice view. The staff is very friendly, especially Momo in the restaurant. The location is conveniently situated at the entrance to the village and within walking distance to both the bus station and the main lift in Flims.
